Cash in 5 mins* – That’s all it takes!

To qualify, you must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident with PR status of at least 1 year, and is between 21 and 70 years of age, residing in Singapore, earning a minimum gross annual income of S$20,000 in your continuous employment of at least 12 months.

For Fixed/ Variable Income Employees
You are required to retrieve your latest 12 months CPF contribution history using your Singpass on the spot at the branch.

For Full Commissioned/ Self-Employed
You are not eligible to apply through Cash in 5 mins.
You may, however, provide 2 years' Income Tax Notice of Assessment and apply through the normal processing mode

Cash in 5 mins is available at any POSB branches. With effect from 02 November 2009, Cash in 5 minutes application processing service will be available from Monday - Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm. For Branch operating hours, pls click here.

Cash in 5 mins* is offered to POSB Loan Assist or POSB Loan Assist Plus.

*POSB will only process applications that meet the bank's internal requirements and if the system for cash in 5minutes is available at the point of application. Applications will be processed and approved within 5minutes, subject to the receipt of the completed application form and required documents. The Bank will send you the 1^st SMS confirming receipt of you application. Within the next 5minutes, the Bank will send you a 2^nd SMS to inform you on the status of your Cash in 5minutes loan application. Thereafter, the loan will be disbursed into your designated account. DBS reserves the right to reject any application and/or grant a lower limit at its sole discretion.
