Graduate Associate – SME Banking (Singapore), is a specialized development programme that provides the perfect launch pad if you are keen on forging a successful career in SME banking. This 12-month programme for degree holders comprises classroom training in core credit and financial knowledge, front-to-back job rotations across different business areas, as well as on-the-job training as an SME Relationship Manager.

- Have less than two years of working experience, preferably in sales or any service-oriented industry

Graduate Associate – SME Banking (Singapore)
Commences in third quarter of the year
Our training is based on a mix of experience, education and exposure. The intensive curriculum includes banking and financial skills and concepts, business and personal effectiveness modules. DBS also values immersion and field trips. After the initial training, ongoing training and development opportunities will also be provided.
All new hires will go through a structured programme that comprises of training to build your banking knowledge and rotations to the specific functional areas. The Programme Manager will work together with you to customize your Individual Development Plan. Key considerations include your individual strengths and career interests, as well as business needs.
