Graduate Associate – Institutional Banking (IBG) (Singapore), is a specialized development programme that provides the perfect launch pad if you are keen on forging a successful career in Corporate banking. This 24-month programme for degree holders comprises classroom training in core financial analysis and financial knowledge, 4 different job rotations across different business areas, as well as on-the-job training as a Corporate Banker.
Being an IBG Graduate Associate with the World’s Best Bank, you will be equipped with all the requisite skills of a Corporate Banker. Commences in the third quarter of the year
Our training is based on a mix of experience, education and exposure. The intensive curriculum includes banking and financial skills and concepts, business and personal effectiveness modules. DBS also values immersion and field trips. After the initial training, ongoing training and development opportunities will also be provided.
All new hires will go through a structured programme that comprises of training to build your banking knowledge and rotations to the specific functional areas. The Programme Manager will work together with you to customize your Individual Development Plan. Key considerations include your individual strengths and career interests, as well as business needs.
