To cultivate the next potential Treasures Relationship Manager in the banking industry through one-year training programme​​​

The Programme

Fast Track Banking Associate Programme, Taiwan - combines classroom training, structured rotations and on-the-job training to equip you with the relevant business knowledge, product sales know-how, functional competencies and leadership skills needed to be Relationship Managers and future leaders in the sales and service.

You will also have opportunities to network with and be mentored by outstanding Treasures Relationship Managers (TRM) / Corporate Banking Relationship Managers and senior leaders, who will offer guidance and insights into the business.
