Theresa Soikkeli is Managing Director of Corporate Human Resources at DBS. She joined the bank in June 2004.

Prior to her present role, she was Executive Director of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Asia and has held several positions in Human Resources at well known companies like Glaxo Wellcome in Asia and Standard Chartered Bank overseeing regional markets across Asia.

Soikkeli is a representative of the Association of Banks Singapore (ABS) Standing Committee and holds a Masters of Science in Computer Info Systems from the University of Miami.
