Contrary to what many think, academic results are not everything. We're looking for well-rounded individuals who have passion and potential.

Familiarise yourself with what to expect beforehand. Also, as the tests are timed, make sure to put 100% focus on them.

In addition to the specific fit with the organisation and business requirements, we are also looking for candidates who are well-rounded and can bring perspective beyond their experiences.

Be prepared and come with knowledge of the bank but on the day itself, be yourself and let your natural personality come through.

If you want to be noticed you should grasp the opportunity to pick brains on topics outside the norm and leave a lasting impression.
