The financial statements of Taiwan are prepared in accordance with the Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Public Banks, Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Securities Firms, and the International Financial Reporting Standards, International Accounting Standards, IFRIC Interpretations as well as SIC Interpretations as endorsed by the Financial Supervisory Commission.
