'Single-use’ has been named Collins’ Word of the Year 2018. It refers to items designed to be used once and then disposed of, but more importantly signals a shift in society's attitude towards plastic. Let's do our part to #RecyclemoreWasteless by cutting out #singleuse plastics. Be the change today. #sustainability #sustainablefuture #ecofriendly #reduceplasticwaste

I have always had a habit of bringing my own lunchbox — even if it was to pack takeaway food from the hawker centre. I decided to start packing my own lunch a couple of months ago because I wanted to see if eating clean would make a difference to my health. My menu for today is baked chicken with veggies and a side of black rice. While it may seem inconvenient to lug along a lunchbox while I’m out filming at all sorts of different places, I have since gotten used to it and have created menus that make it work based on the circumstances. I believe that once we turn it into a habit, it becomes a part of our daily routine that we don’t even think about it much. We shouldn’t mistreat the environment because of a whim of convenience. Join me in pledging to #recyclemorewasteless, and stand a chance to win prizes from DBS and myself! Plus, I’ll also be donating SGD$1.00 to @groundupinitiative every time the hashtag #pehitforward is used. Simply post a photo or video of yourself doing something good for the environment with the hashtag #recyclemorewasteless and #pehitforward, so hashtag away! #livemorebankless

The dabao (takeaway) culture is strong in #Singapore! Was back home a couple of weeks ago and headed to #LauPaSat food centre with @dbsbank. We tried to encourage the lunch crowd to use reusable cutlery instead of single-use plastics! Watch on to see what happens. If you’re doing your part to #RecyclemoreWasteless, no matter how small, tag me and @dbsbank! Thank you for doing your part 😊
