Before the expansion, DBS banking services were available in 12 cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Nashik.

This expansion is in the words of DBS Bank India CEO Surojit Shome, “a significant milestone”, since the first India branch opened in 1995.

Said Mr Shome: “The launch of DBIL will enable us to further build our relationship with our customers and create differentiated offerings as financial services continues to transform rapidly with changes in technology and consumer preferences.”
