What are my Organisation ID and User ID to login to IDEAL™ Mobile?
Your Organisation ID and User ID are the same as the one used for desktop / laptop version of IDEAL™.
The credentials are issued to you in the Welcome Letter.
I have just received all my login credentials. Can I login to IDEAL™ Mobile immediately?
No, you are required to login to IDEAL™ 3.0 desktop / laptop version first to change your login PIN and register your security device, before you can access IDEAL™ Mobile.
Do I need my security device to access IDEAL™ Mobile?
You may login with only your login PIN to view your account balances and cheque status.
You will require your registered security device for a detailed view of your accounts and to approve transactions.
