We regret for the inconvenience caused. In case your card is lost/ stolen/ damaged, we advise you to block your card immediately. Follow these steps:

  1. Login to the DBS Card+ mobile app
  2. Go to the "Cards" tab
  3. Go to "Controls" on the Cards dashboard
  4. Go to "Report lost or stolen" or "Replace damaged card"
  5. Block your card and request for replacement/re-issue of card

Yes, you can temporarily block your DBS Vantage Card using the DBS Card+ mobile app. To block:

  1. Login to the app
  2. Go to the "Cards" tab
  3. Go to "Controls" on Cards dashboard
  4. Block your card by sliding the toggle

You can unblock your card anytime by following the same steps.
