To address the issue, Bank DBS Indonesia introduces the Dompet Maxi feature on the digibank by DBS application. The feature is designed to help customers to group savings goals by need and provides flexibility in optimising a better organised financial management according to need

Head of Digital Banking at PT Bank DBS Indonesia Erline Diani said, "Every customer has financial goals, but oftentimes they fail to achieve them due to a lack of good financial management. We realise that customers need a practical and neat financial planning solution, and we meet that need through Dompet Maxi. This feature allows customers to manage funds through separate savings wallets that are grouped by allotment without the need for more than one savings account. Customers can also create up to 20 different wallets and personalise the names according to their allotments, such as Education Wallet, Emergency Fund Wallet, and so forth. Additionally, funds deposited in Dompet Maxi will also earn up to 3% interest per year, and can be withdrawn at any time without penalty." 
As a customer-centric bank, digibank by DBS is aimed at delivering intuitive, smart and personalised digital banking services that embody the "Live more, Bank less" principle. Dompet Maxi was born out of digibank by DBS customers' need for a feature that helps and allows them to "Level Up" their financial planning, now and in the future. Furthermore, until June 2023, customers will have the opportunity to earn a higher interest of up to 7% annually for funds deposited in Dompet Maxi.

Customers need only to download the digibank by DBS application, fill in their personal data, and proceed with biometric face verification on their smartphone. The entire process is Branchless, Paperless, Signatureless. Additionally, as a full-fledged digital bank, the digibank by DBS application facilitates customers in managing their finances and conducting all banking activities from their fingertip, from daily banking transactions, to investments, payments, and even credit card and loan applications.
