The Programme

Business Analytics Graduate Immersion Programme (BAGIP) is a leading training programme in business analytics for candidates with a passion for data and enjoy using analytics to solve business problems.

Selected degree holders embark on an accelerated programme over 12 months to focus on building core analytical skills essential to business growth. Individuals employ state-of-the-art techniques to conquer real challenges in the industry, using technical and business analytics knowledge – ranging from Python and SAS Programming, to big data computation, machine learning and statistical analysis.

With close mentoring of our bank’s veteran data scientists and analysts, graduates receive valuable on-job-training and hands-on involvement in big-data projects. You can master your skills in data extraction, reporting and business advisory.

To top it off, the program incorporates regular knowledge-sharing forums and workshops will also be held as well as a structured rotation scheme so that all individuals undergo a complete business analytics learning experience.

BAGIP will commence in the third quarter of the year.​

BAGIP will start recruitment in the fourth quarter of the year.​

Our training structure is based on a mix of experience, education and exposure. The intensive curriculum which includes banking and financial skills and concepts, business and personal effectiveness modules. DBS also values immersion and field trips. After the initial training, ongoing training and development opportunities will also be provided.
