Bank DBS Indonesia wins multiple awards at The Asset Triple A Treasurise Awards
Indonesia, 08 Jun 2023 - DBS Bank Ltd (DBS Bank) has gained wider recognition in Asia for its performance in 2022. The latest recognition for the bank’s performance was announced at The Asset Triple A Treasurise (Treasury, Trade, Supply Chain, Risk, ESG) Awards 2023 that honoured companies and financial institutions that have helped implement initiatives in corporate treasury management, trade finance, supply chain and risk management. DBS Bank won more than 40 awards across multiple categories. DBS Bank was once again named Best in Treasury & Cash Management in Asia for the financial management solutions provided at all of its branches based on customer testimonials. At the same event, all DBS Bank’s units in six countries, namely, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and Indonesia, won more than one award. Bank DBS Indonesia won awards in three categories.

Bank DBS Indonesia won an award in the Best E-Solutions Partner category. The award is proof of Bank DBS Indonesia's technology capabilities to deliver products like Real Time Application Programming Interface (API) by DBS or DBS RAPID to support companies, including DANA, Home Credit and Mitra Bukalapak. The product facilitates corporate clients in conducting transactions swiftly, online, and in real time. This is the fourth time Bank DBS Indonesia has won an award in the same category since 2020, highlighting the consistency in service delivery through its digital banking products (or services).
Bank DBS Indonesia also clinched the New Economy Solutions: Best Payments and Collections Solution received under the Client Solutions category. The award was achieved through collaboration with CARInih, a technology-based company that prioritises a collaborative ecosystem. The CARInih app was designed to support the digital transformation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through such features as DBS MAX QRIS. This feature allows consumers to conduct transactions in real time with SMEs and pick the payment source, either a bank or e-wallet.
In addition to receiving recognition as an organisation, Bank DBS Indonesia was also honoured to have one of its employees granted an individual award in the Best Implementation Manager category. The awards attest to Bank DBS Indonesia’s digital strength and resources and the commitment to helping customers to 'Live more, Bank less'. DBS Bank as a whole also won awards in other categories at The Asset Triple A Treasury Awards 2023, including Best Transaction Bank, Best Supply Chain Solution, ESG Solutions, and Editor's Triple Star.
