As the Head of Audit for Greater China, Winny is responsible for managing and developing the bank’s internal audit function for all business activities in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Taiwan.

Prior to her appointment, Winny was the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Institutional Banking Group, and previously took the leadership of the Credit Control and Special Asset Management functions at DBS in 2008. Before joining DBS, Winny was with HSBC and Citibank, specialising in risk and governance control.
Winny graduated with a Bachelor of Economics degree from University of Hong Kong and subsequently a Master of Science (Finance) from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
With the appointment of Winny, Ronnie Ip, who has been with DBS for 17 years, will be retiring on 1 September 2021. The Bank would like to express its sincere gratitude to Ronnie for his leadership and dedication to DBS.
