Ms. Euleen Goh was appointed to the Board of Directors of DBS Group Holdings Ltd and DBS Bank Ltd. on 1 December 2008. She is Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee, as well as a member of the Compensation and Management Development Committee, Executive Committee and Nominating Committee. She is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of DBS Foundation Ltd, a not-for-profit company established to strengthen DBS’ corporate social responsibility efforts across Asia.

Euleen is the non-executive Chairman of the Singapore International Foundation (SIF).

SIF is a not-for-profit organization that seeks to nurture active global citizens and forge friendships for a better world. SIF helps in the development of communities outside of Singapore through its Singapore Volunteers Overseas programme and cultivates international friendships through public and cultural diplomacy.

A Chartered Accountant with professional qualifications in banking and taxation, Euleen is also a non-executive board member of CapitaLand Limited and SATS Ltd., Trustee of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs Endowment Fund, Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd and Royal Dutch Shell plc. She is Chairman of Board of Directors of her alma mater, Singapore Chinese Girls’ School and is also Chairman of the Board of Governors of NorthLight School. She was previously the Chairman of the Accounting Standards Council.

Euleen held various senior management positions in Standard Chartered Bank, retiring in March 2006 after some 21 years with the Bank. She was Chief Executive Officer of Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore from 2001 until March 2006. In that role, she was responsible for driving the Bank’s corporate governance and strategic agenda in Singapore.

Before becoming the Chief Executive of Standard Chartered Singapore, she was Group Head, Local Corporates and Specialised Businesses, including structured trade solutions and private equity. Other senior positions held included market risk, asset and liability management and sales. She has traveled widely throughout the Group’s operations in the course of her duties.

Euleen was named as Her World Woman of the Year 2005. She was awarded a Public Service Medal for her contributions to the Financial Services sector by the President of Singapore in the same year.

Mr. Nihal Vijaya Devadas Kaviratne CBE was appointed to the Board of Directors of DBS Group Holdings Ltd and DBS Bank Ltd. on 29 April 2011. He is a member of the Audit Committee and Board Risk Management Committee. In addition, he is a director of DBS Foundation Ltd, a not-for-profit company established to strengthen DBS’ corporate social responsibility efforts across Asia.

Nihal's illustrious career with the Unilever Group spans 40 years during which he held various senior level management positions across Asia, Europe and Latin America. Nihal was instrumental in leading the recovery of Unilever Indonesia after the financial crisis of 1998. He retired from Unilever in March 2005.

He currently serves as President Commissioner of PT. TVS Motor Company Indonesia. Nihal has been Non-Executive Chairman of Akzo Nobel India Limited since 1 October 2010. Nihal has been an Independent Director of StarHub Ltd., since 16 August 2004, SATS Ltd. since July 2010 and of GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in India, since 26 July 2005. He also serves on the boards of Wildlife Reserves Singapore Pte Ltd and TVS Motor (Singapore) Pte Limited, and is a member of the advisory board for South East Asia/Indonesia of Bain & Company SE Asia, Inc. He is a member of the UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID) Private Sector Portfolio Advisory Committee for India. He is also a director of Olam International Limited.

He has attended management development programmes in India, Australia, the UK and the USA, including the Advanced Executive Program conducted by Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and the Advanced Management Program conducted by Harvard Business School. Nihal holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with a major in Economics from the Bombay University, India.

Mr. Danny Teoh was appointed to the Board of Directors of DBS Group Holdings Ltd and DBS Bank Ltd. on 1 October 2010. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Board Risk Management Committee and Nominating Committee. He is a director of DBS Bank (China) Limited and also chairs its Audit Committee. In addition, he is a director of DBS Foundation Ltd, a not-for-profit company established to strengthen DBS’ corporate social responsibility efforts across Asia.

Danny spent 27 years in KPMG LLP, Singapore and over the years, held various senior positions including Member of Executive Committee, Head of Audit, Head of Financial Services, Head of Risk Advisory Services and Head of Marketing & Communications. He was the Managing Partner of KPMG LLP, Singapore since 2005 and he retired from KPMG in September 2010.

Danny is a qualified Chartered Accountant in England since 1981 and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has almost 30 years of auditing and advisory experience from working in England, Malaysia and Singapore.

He also serves on the boards of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited (the Manager of CapitaMall Trust), Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Keppel Corporation Limited, JTC Corporation and the Singapore Olympic Foundation.

Eric Ang Teik Lim

Mr Eric Ang is a career DBS banker with 36 years of banking experience and until 31 May 2014, was responsible for the capital markets business. He is now a Senior Executive Advisor at DBS Bank and is principally responsible for business origination and high level relationship building for the bank. He sits on numerous boards including The Islamic Bank of Asia, HwangCapital (Malaysia) Bhd and DBS Foundation.

Eric holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Singapore.

Karen Ngui

Ms Karen Ngui joined DBS in June 2005 and is Managing Director and Head of Group Strategic Marketing and Communications.

She is responsible for corporate communications, brand management, corporate advertising, strategic marketing, internal communications, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility. She leads media and issues management efforts across the DBS Group and is responsible for managing and enhancing the bank's brand positioning and establishing a consistent brand identity across all businesses and markets, including Singapore, Greater China, South and Southeast Asia. She is also a board member of the DBS Foundation and a governor of the Singapore International Foundation.

Karen has over 20 years experience in corporate branding, marketing and communications for financial institutions. Prior to joining DBS, she was the Global Head, Brand Management and Strategic Marketing for Standard Chartered Bank.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from University of Southern Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Iowa. She is a Malaysian citizen and a Singapore Permanent Resident and is married with three children.

Lim Chu Chong joined DBS Bank (China) Ltd (“DBS bank”) in February 2016 as the head of Institutional Banking Group (China) and a member of China Country Management Committee, which oversees DBS’ businesses and operations in mainland China.

Chu Chong is a seasoned corporate banker with more than 20 years of experience in retail, SME and corporate banking. With broad industry experience, Chu Chong has played an instrumental role in facilitating many SMEs’ further inroads into Asia.

Prior to this appointment, Chu Chong was the Regional Head of SME Banking where he oversaw DBS’ SME business in Singapore, mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and Taiwan. Chu Chong was responsible for developing and implementing a consistent SME business model across the region. He also created both physical and digital platforms for SMEs in Singapore to consult and connect with industry experts, investors and fellow entrepreneurs.

Chu Chong is focused on building relationships with customers, facilitating customer service through partnerships, and promoting the development of entrepreneurship. He is also committed to facilitating the development of social entrepreneurship.

Joyce Tee is Managing Director, Group Head of SME Banking and oversees the bank’s SME banking businesses across the region.

Joyce started her career at Grant Thorton providing management consultancy and financial advisory solutions to small businesses and entrepreneurs in the US, working closely with the Small Business Administration and the US Department of Commerce.

After spending 12 years in the US, she returned to Singapore and worked with OCBC Bank’s enterprise banking unit for four years, covering the offshore marine and commodities sectors.

She joined DBS in 2004 and most recently headed the bank’s shipping, aviation and transportation businesses. Under her leadership, these business lines contributed substantially to the bottomline of the corporate banking franchise. Tee has also built trusted relationships with major industry players, including some of the world’s largest aircraft lessors, who tap on DBS to diversify their funding sources and access the capital markets in Asia.

Joyce has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Decision Science (Cum Laude) and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Oregon.
