Helping employees adopt new behaviours and ways of working
  • Our teams have adopted a hybrid model, where many colleagues will continue working from home, and some colleagues in critical roles will operate from the offices and branches.
  • Managers are also given guidance on how to boost team morale and engage their teams remotely.
  • A future forward virtual onboarding process that enables seamless induction for new joinees during the remote-working period.

Enabling employees to continue to build social connections
  • Regular knowledge sessions by professionals on physical and mental wellbeing and confidential counselling services are available for employees to help them cope with the situation.
  • Creating casual online hangout sessions to bring together employees with common interests.

Taking care of our colleagues' well-being
  • Hot meals, hygienically packed are served to all the essential employees coming to office.
  • In addition to conducting training and webinars, an employee handbook has been published to help colleagues understand and follow the safety protocols.
  • Aarogya Setu app is effectively used by all our staff who come to the office to ascertain their health status.
  • Employees given free access to a mindfulness app tailored to workplace mental wellness.
