In collaboration with Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA), our Business Analytics Graduate Immersion Programme (BAGIP) is a cutting-edge training programme in business analytics for candidates with a passion for data and who enjoy using analytics to solve business problems.
Over a 12-month period, selected degree holders will embark on an accelerated programme that focuses on core analytical skills essential to business growth. This includes technical and business analytics training, ranging from SAS programming and statistics analysis to using data mining techniques to meet industry challenges.
Graduates will also receive on-the-job training and be mentored by some our bank’s most experienced analysts. Here, you will be given the opportunity to be part of big-data projects and pick up data extraction, reporting and business advisory skills.
Regular knowledge-sharing forums and workshops will also be held. A structured rotation scheme within the programme ensures a complete business analytics learning experience.

The Fast Track Banking Associate (FTBA) Programme is a structured programme designed to provide candidates with a fast-tracked career within DBS Wealth Management (WM) and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Banking.
The programme combines classroom training, structured rotations and on-the-job training to equip you with the relevant business knowledge, product sales know-how, functional competencies and leadership skills needed to be Relationship Managers and future leaders in the sales and service.
You will also have opportunities to network with and be mentored by outstanding Treasures Relationship Managers (TRM) / Corporate Banking Relationship Managers and senior leaders, who will offer guidance and insights into the business.

The SEED 2018 Programme will commence in Quarter 3 2018.
