| Notice For Early Termination 6.5 Years Callable SURF Deposit 29 - (USD Tranche A) Notice of Early Redemption by The Bank To: Customers of SURF Deposit 29 (6.5-Year USD Tranche A) We would like to inform you that the Bank will fully redeem Surf Deposit 29 (6.5-Year USD Tranche A) on 30 April 2008. You will receive the following on 30 April 2008:
You will receive a letter informing you of the early redemption by the Bank. The Principal Amount of your investment and the payout will be credited into your account on 30 April 2008. If you have requested for payment by Demand Draft or we are unable to credit your account, the amount will be paid by Demand Draft, and will be mailed to you from 30 April 2008. As your investment will early redeemed by the Bank, if you have been extended an AssetLine overdraft facility secured against this investment, we will cancel the AssetLine. Any amounts outstanding under your AssetLine will be set off the proceeds from this early redemption on 30 April 2008. This early redemption provides you with opportunities to reinvest your funds.
