General Terms & Conditions

1. DBS Asia Treasures customers (“Customers”) are entitled to participate in the DBS Asia Treasures Privileges Programme (“Programme”).
2. Customers need to present their DBS Asia Treasures Membership Card at point of payment or redemption.
3. Offers are not valid with any other on-going promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
4. Vouchers are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash and not valid with other promotions, discounts and offers.
5. All information is correct at time of print. DBS will not assume responsibility for changes which occur after print.
6. DBS and the participating merchant reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Programme at any time without any notice or liability to any party.
7. Amendments to the Programme, including but not limited to changes to existing privileges, terms and conditions will be updated on DBS’ website. Information on the website supersedes all prior communications. Any Customer who continues to participate in this Programme will be deemed to have agreed with and accepted these amendments.
8. DBS Bank is not an agent of the merchant or vice versa.
9. DBS makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the merchant’s goods and services. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the merchant.
10. DBS shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of the merchant’s goods and services.
