Regional Privileges

General Terms & Conditions

1. DBS Treasures, DBS Treasures Private Client and DBS Private Bank customers (“Customers”) are entitled to participate in the DBS Treasures Regional Privilege Programme (“Programme”).
2. Customers need to present any one of the following cards at point of redemption:
   1. any DBS Treasures Identity Card;
   2. any DBS Treasures Private Client Identity Card;
   3. any DBS Private Bank Identity Card;
   4. any DBS Treasures ATM Card;
   5. any DBS Treasures Debit Card;
   6. any DBS Treasures Private Client Debit Card;
   7. any DBS Private Bank Debit Card;
   8. any DBS Treasures American Express Card; or
   9. DBS Asia Treasures Membership Card.
3. Offers are not valid with any other ongoing promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
4. DBS may, from time to time, vary these Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Programme at any time without notice.
5. Amendments to the Programme, including but not limited to changes to existing privileges, terms and conditions will be updated on the DBS website. Information on the website supersedes all prior communications. Any Customer who continues to participate in this Programme will be deemed to have agreed with and accepted these amendments.
6. DBS Bank is not an agent of the merchant or vice versa.
7. DBS makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the merchant’s goods and services. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the merchant.
8. DBS shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of the merchant’s goods and services.
