  1. What is the validity period for a Cashier’s Order?
    Cashier’s Orders are good for payment within 6 months from the date of issuance.
  2. Can I cancel a valid or expired Cashier’s Order? Are there any charges?
    Yes, you may. Please submit your cancellation request together with the original Cashier’s Order at any of our branches. We will credit the funds to your designated account. There is no charge for cancellation.
  3. How can I place a ‘‘Stop Payment’’ on a Cashier’s Order? What are the charges?
    Yes, you may by submitting your request for "Stop Payment" together with a copy of the Police Report (as proof that Cashier’s Order is lost/stolen) at any of our branches. There will be a handling charge of S$15. Please note that stop payment can only be placed if a Cashier’s Order has been lost or stolen. A fee of S$15 will be charged.
