1. Handling of administrative matters
   

   Safe-keeping of title deed for facility that has been fully repaid	S$300 p.a
   Use of an insurer, other than the approved insurer for Fire Insurance	S$250
   Change in loan tenure	S$250

2. Request for Statements (per statement)
   

   For current year	S$20
   For previous 2 years	S$30
   For more than 3 years ago	S$50

• Any request to vary the terms of your facility is subject to the Bank's approval and payment of the fees applicable to such request, as determined by us.
• The above fees and charges are subject to change. DBS Bank reserves the right to review the fees and charges from time to time.
• All legal and administrative costs and expenses that are applicable in connection with the request will be paid by you.
