This Home Loan Member-Get-Member Promotion ("The Promotion") is only open to existing DBS or POSB Housing Loan customers ("Introducers").
Customers introduced by Introducers ("Referred Customers") must not have existing home loans with the Bank, nor had home loans with the Bank in the 6 months immediately preceding the dates of referral. Employees of the Bank shall not qualify as Referred Customers.
The date of referral shall be determined by the date that DBS Bank Ltd ("The Bank") receives the referral form.
A successful referral is a referral made between 1 January 2008 and 31 December 2008, and where the Referred Customer takes up and accepts a housing loan of a minimum of $100,000 before 31 January 2009.
Subject to Clause 6 and 7, an Introducer who makes a successful referral will receive a stored value card. For private residential home loans, the stored value card shall be a limited edition DBS Cash Card with a stored value of $288. For HDB home loans, the stored value card shall be a POSB EZLink Card with a stored value of $88.
Only one stored value card shall be given by the Bank per housing loan per Referred Customer.
If more than one Introducer refers the same Referred Customer, the first Introducer to make the referral will be entitled to the stored value card. In the event of any dispute, the Bank shall have the sole and final discretion in deciding who is the first Introducer.
The Bank reserves the right not to give the stored value card if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
The Bank reserves the right not to give the stored value card where the Bank had already paid some other form of referral fee to acquire the loan.
The Bank may substitute the stored value card with any other item of equivalent value at its sole discretion.
Notwithstanding anything herein, the Bank reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice to:
vary the terms herein, such variations being binding on all when effected; and
vary, withdraw, cancel or invalidate the Promotion without having to give a reason thereof, and without compensation whatsoever; and
reject any claim for the stored value card in the event of irregularity, discrepancy or dispute, and its decision shall be conclusive and binding.
