Submit your CPF Statement Online to DBS Bank
Now there's a faster, easier way to apply for your DBS Loans and Credit Cards with CPF Web-Linkup Service online. With this service, you no longer have to attach any of your IR8As, pay-slips or CPF statements to us when applying for any of our attractive loans products and credit cards.

All you need to do is to authorise CPF Board to release your CPF statements to DBS Bank via the internet. Simply go to "Personal Banking", "Loans" and click on "Submit CPF Statement" under CPF Submission. Thereafter, enter your CPF Account Number, the product in which you are submitting your CPF statement for and your SingPass to view your CPF statement, before proceeding to click on the "Authorise" button. 1. What is CPF Web Link-up Service?
   
   DBS CPF Web Link-up Service is a free service offered by DBS Bank to allow you to submit your CPF statements to us via the internet.
   
   
2. How is this service useful to me?
   
   This service helps you do away with the problems experienced when submitting physical copies of your income documents in support of your application. Submission of your CPF statement online gives you more convenience, security and speed than mailing via post.
   
   
3. What do I need to use this service?
   
   All you need is your CPF Account Number and your SingPass. The SingPass is issued by CPF Board.
   
   
4. What if I forgot my SingPass?
   
   If you have forgotten or lost your SingPass, you may visit any designated counter locations or submit an online request to reset their SingPass. Bring along your NRIC or Passport and you will be asked to key in your preferred SingPass on the spot upon successful reset of your PIN. 5. Besides submitting my CPF statements online, what else do I need to submit?
   
   This service will help us to facilitate your application for the bank's various products, for example DBS Loans and DBS Credit Cards. To cut down the processing time of your application, it will be good that your online submission of your CPF statement is accompanied by your online application.
   
   
6. Are there any fees involved?
   
   There are no fees involved.
   
   
7. If my monthly income is more than S$6,000, will it be reflected in my CPF statement?
   
   No, it will not be reflected. Based on a salary ceiling of S$6,000 a month, the monthly contributions are subjected to a maximum of S$720.00 for the employer and S$1,200.00 for the employee. Anything beyond S$6,000 a month, no CPF is payable.
   
   
8. How do I go about doing it?
   
   Simply go to "Personal Banking", "Loans" and click on "Submit CPF Statement" under CPF Submission. Thereafter, enter your CPF Account Number, the product in which you are submitting your CPF statement for and your SingPass to view your CPF statement, before proceeding to click on the "Authorise" button. Your CPF statement will be retrieved by us and we will contact you very soon.
