Terms & Conditions of TravellerShield Insurance Policy Promotion
("the Promotion")

1. The Promotion is jointly organised by DBS Bank Ltd ("DBS") and MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd ("MSIG") ("the Organisers"). TravellerShield is underwritten by MSIG and distributed by DBS.
2. Your TravellerShield application and insurance premium payment must reach and be accepted by MSIG between 1 January 2012 and 29 February 2012 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotional Period").
3. This promotion is applicable for new applications only. Persons who are holding valid existing MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd's TravellerShield Annual Policy are not eligible for this promotion.
4. Each TravellerShield Policy application is subject to MSIG's terms and conditions and MSIG's acceptance.
5. Each Annual Policy accepted during the Promotional Period entitles you to receive an Energizer XP2000 portable charger worth S$69.90 ("Gift").
6. You agree that you accept the Gift subject to any terms and conditions that the Organisers may impose, without prejudice to any other terms and conditions governing the Promotion. A redemption letter will be sent together with the Policy document. You understand and acknowledge that the relevant Gift must be redeemed directly at MSIG before the expiry date stated on the redemption letter. The Organisers are not obliged to replace any expired or lost redemption letter.
7. If you cancel your TravellerShield Policy before its expiry date, MSIG reserves the right to deduct an amount proportionate to the value of the Gift from the amount of premium refunded to you.
8. The Gift cannot be transferred and is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item in part or in whole.
9. Staff of the Organisers are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
10. The Organisers may at their sole discretion at any time and without prior notice substitute or replace the Gift with any other gift of equal or higher value. The Organisers make no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Gift. Any dispute about the quality, safety or performance of the Gift must be resolved directly with the Organisers. The Organisers are not liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever arising in connection with the Gift. The recipient and/or other person(s) who benefit from the Gift accept and enjoy the Gift at their own risk.
11. The Organisers may vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion without prior notice or withdraw or discontinue the promotion at any time without any notice or liability. The Organisers' decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at their absolute discretion and will be final and binding. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
12. A person who does not participate in the Promotion shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
13. The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
