| 2. How do I qualify to participate in this lucky draw? |
|
New iBanking customers
All new iBanking customers who sign up successfully for DBS/POSB iBanking between 01 Jan to 31 Mar 2012, and who have successfully done their first log-in between 01 Jan to 31 Mar 2012, are eligible to take part in this lucky draw.
Additional five chances in the Draw shall be allocated to new and existing iBanking customers who have downloaded the DBS/POSB mBanking application and successfully logged in to mBanking.

| 3. Do I get 10 chances straight away when I sign up iBanking? |
Yes. If you have signed up for iBanking successfully, you will be allocated 10 chances in the weekly draw. However please note that you will only qualify for one Weekly Draw Period only, depending on your date of successful log-in.
Two winners will be selected for each Weekly Draw Period, drawn from Customers who have qualified in that weekly Draw Period.
Example: A Customer who signs up iBanking in the week 1 to 8 Jan will be entered in that Weekly Draw Period for the draw held on 15 Feb, a Customer who signs up iBanking in the week 9 to 15 Jan will be entered in that Weekly Draw Period for the draw held on 15 Feb and so on.

| 4. Do I get additional chance in the lucky draw if I make any listed transactions or apply for eStatement facility? |
Yes. New DBS/POSB iBanking customers will be given one additional lucky draw chance if they perform at least one of the iBanking transactions listed below via iBanking or mBanking or apply for eStatement facility during the Promotion Period, subject to a limit of 20 chances per week. Please note that customers who are already enrolled for eStatements are not eligible, and only one chance will be awarded regardless of subsequent applications.

| 6. Do I get additional 5 chances in the lucky draw if I download mBanking? |
Yes. If you have downloaded mBanking and successfully logged in to mBanking during the promotion period, five additional chances in the applicable Weekly Draw Period shall be allocated to you.

| 7. What do you mean by the cap limit of 10 chances per week? |
Example: If a customer performs 20 listed transactions in a Weekly Draw Period, there will be 20 chances allocated to him/her for that Weekly Draw Period. However if he/she performs the 21th transaction, no additional draw chances will be allocated. For each subsequent Weekly Draw Period, the counter is reset, so that the same customer can still earn chances by performing the listed transactions, again subject to a maximum of 20 chances per Weekly Draw Period.

Before you can scan the QR Code, you will need to download the DBS or POSB scanner from app store.
Next, simply put your smartphone over the QR Code and it will be scanned instantly and automatically.
