| Apply for iBanking |
To use DBS iBanking, all you need to have is at least one of these DBS or POSB accounts - DBS Autosave/S$ Current/Savings PLUS or POSB Savings/Current account. Click

Note that you will need to apply for the iB Message service, a mandatory one-time authorisation, to conduct funds transfer services via iBanking.
Three easy ways to apply for iBanking:
1. Apply for iBanking online
We have made it easier for you to apply for an iBanking account by introducing an online application service. Simply click here to apply online.
Please remember to apply for iB Message (via ATM / mail-in) once you are done with your online iBanking application. Click here to find out more.
2. Apply for iBanking via mail
Click here to be directed to our mail-in application form. An alternative to a purely online application, this option enables you to apply for iB Message at the same time as applying for your iBanking account.

3. Apply for iBanking at our ATMs
Just go to any DBS/POSB ATM and
follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Insert card* and enter your ATM PIN
Step 2: Select "More Services" and then choose the language of your choice.
Step 3: Select "PIN/iB Message Service"
Step 4: Choose "Apply for iBanking PIN"
Step 5: Enter your choice of a 6-digit iBanking PIN
Your temporary iBanking User ID will be printed on the ATM transaction receipt. Please remember to take the receipt with you.
To apply for iB Message at our ATMs at the same time
Step 6: Select "Continue"
Step 7: Key in your mobile or message pager number and press "Enter"
Your application is now complete. Kindly retain the ATM transaction receipt with your User ID. The DBS iB Secure Device and Registration Code should arrive within 4 working days of your application. When you receive your security device and registration code, kindly login to iBanking to register your device.
