Who is eligible to change the S$ Fixed Deposit maturity instruction?
Customers who have personal or joint-alternate S$ Fixed Deposits that are not matured.

What are the maturity instructions of S$ Fixed Deposit that is allowed for changes?

  • Rollover Principal + Interest
  • Withdraw Principal + Interest (choose the account to credit the interest earned)
  • Rollover Principal + Withdraw Interest (choose the account to credit the interest earned)

How long does it take to process each request?
Processing of request will take up to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). Customers will not be allowed to submit another change of maturity instructions within 3 working days from the last request for the same deposit.

Update Foreign Currency Fixed Deposit Maturity Instruction

Who is eligible to amend the Foreign Currency Fixed Deposit maturity instruction?
Customers who have a personal or joint-alternate Foreign Currency Fixed Deposit that is not yet matured.

What are the maturity instructions of Foreign Currency Fixed Deposit that is allowed for amendment?

  • Rollover Principal + Interest
  • Withdraw Principal + Interest (choose the account to credit the interest earned)

How long does it take to process each request?

Activate ATM Card Anytime, Anywhere

Who is eligible to request for ATM Card activation via iBanking?
Customers who have received either a new ATM Card or replacement ATM Card. This service is intended for customers to submit their request online to activate their new ATM card & new PIN prior to 1st-time use.

How long does it take to process each request?
Processing of request will take up to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). Customers will not be allowed to submit another request within 3 working days from the last request for the same ATM Card.

Request for Account Statement/s

Where can I find this new service?
You can locate the function to request for account statement/s under Deposit Account.

Who is eligible to request for statement via iBanking?
Customers who have at least one personal or joint-alternate DBS/POSB savings or current account.

What are the statements available for request?
DBS Current, DBS Autosave, DBS Savings, POSB Current, POSB passcard.

What is the period available for retrieval through iBanking?
You are able to select statements for the past 7 years.

Are there any charges on customer for the retrieval of past account statements?
Charges apply for the retrieval of documents/statements. Customer will have to choose the debiting account from which the charge will be deducted.

How long does it take to process each request?
Processing of request will take up to 4 working days (Monday to Friday). Customers will not be allowed to submit another statement request within 4 working days from the last request for the same account.

Request for Dividend Payout Instructions of Unit Trust Cash

Where can I find this new service?
You can locate the function to request for dividend payout instructions of unit trust cash under Investment Services.

Who is eligible to request for Dividend / Payout / Maturity instructions of unit trust cash via iBanking?
Customers who have at least one existing Unit Trust fund.

What are the dividend / payout / Maturity instructions available via iBanking for Unit Trust funds?
Customer can specify dividend / payout / maturity instructions for existing unit trusts by choosing to reinvest (for dividends only) his existing personal funds or choose to credit the dividend / payout / maturity into his preferred account.

How long does it take to process each request?
Processing of request will take up to 7 working days (Monday to Friday). Customers will not be allowed to submit another request within 7 working days from the last request for the same Unit Trust.

Raise Your ATM Card Limit

You can locate the function to raise your ATM card limit under Service Request.

Who is eligible to request for ATM Card limit changes via iBanking?
Customers who have a valid account and ATM card.

What are the limit changes that can be made by customer?

  • Daily NETS Limit [$3,000, $2,000, $1,000, $500]
  • Daily ATM Cash Withdrawal Limit [$3,000, $2,000, $1,000, $500]
  • Daily ATM 3rd Party Funds Transfer Limit [$5,000, $3,000]

How long does it take to process each request?
Processing of request will take up to 5 working days (Monday to Friday). Customers will not be allowed to submit another request within 5 working days from the last request for the same ATM Card.

Request to Change Monthly Savings Arrangement for MySavings Account

Where can I find this new service?
You can locate the function to change monthly savings arrangement for MySavings Account under Deposit Account.

Who is eligible to request for change to monthly savings arrangement via iBanking?
Customers who have personal or joint-alternate MySavings Account (MSA) are eligible to change the arrangement.

What are the changes available via iBanking for the monthly savings arrangement for MSA?

  • Change of Debiting Account [Personal/Joint-Alt DBS/POSB savings/current account]
  • Change of Amount [Amount is between $50 and $3,000, in multiples of $10]
  • Change of Monthly Savings Date [Choose between 1st to 25th]

How long does it take to process each request?
Processing of request will take up to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). However if the request for change of monthly savings date is made within 5 calendar days of the date itself, the request will only be processed from the 26th of the month.

When will the changes to monthly savings arrangement be effective?
The new request will be effective from the next month if the monthly savings date for this month is within 5 calendar days from the date of the new request.

Cashline Auto Top-up

Where can I find this new service?
You can locate the function to request for Cashline Auto Top-up under Service Request.

Who is eligible to request for application for Cashline Auto Top-Up via iBanking?
Customers who have a Cashline account are eligible to change the arrangement. You can now link up your bank accounts to your Cashline account to ensure you always have sufficient funds. Cashline will automatically top up your bank account when it falls under a pre-determined minimum balance amount. Cashline prevailing interest rates apply on all outstanding debit balances in your Cashline account.

What are the accounts that can be used for Cashline auto top up?
Customer must have an existing DBS/POSB Current Account or Savings Account.

How long does it takes for processing of the request?
Processing of request will take up to 7 working days (Monday to Friday).

Application of Add-on DBS/POSB Credit Cards

Where can I find this new service?
You can locate the function to apply for add-on DBS/POSB credit cards under Credit/Debit Card.

Who is eligible to apply for additional credit card via iBanking?
Customer must be at least 21 years old and must also be an existing DBS/POSB main cardholder to apply for a new main credit card.

How to apply for a credit card via iBanking?

  • Select a DBS/POSB Credit Card
  • Specify Main Cardholder Personal Particulars
  • Specify Main Cardholder Employment Details
  • Customer may apply for up to a maximum of 3 credit cards

How long does it takes for processing of the request?
Processing of request will take 2 to 4 weeks.

Application of New Debit Card

Who is eligible to apply for a new Debit Card via iBanking?
Customer must be 16 years old and above and owns a DBS Autosave, DBS Current, DBS Savings Plus or POSB Passbook Savings account.

How to apply for a Debit Card via iBanking?

  • Select a new DBS Visa Debit Card or a new POSB GO! Enhanced ATM Card,
  • Specify the application details, and
  • Select the account (s) to be linked to the Card.
  • Only personal account is allowed.

How to replace an existing DBS/ POSB ATM Card?
Customer can request for replacement of existing DBS/POSB ATM Card with the new DBS Visa Debit Card or POSB GO! Enhanced ATM Card.

What account type can be used for linkage to the new debit card?

  • DBS Autosave account
  • DBS Current account
  • DBS Savings Plus account
  • POSB Passbook Savings account

How long does it takes for processing of the request?
Processing of request will take 2 to 4 weeks.

Purchase Structured Deposit

Who is eligible to request to purchase Structured Deposit via iBanking?
Customer must be 21 years old and above.

How to request to purchase Structured Deposit via iBanking?

  • Select the Structured Deposit that you would like to purchase
  • Specify the total placement amount
  • Select single/multiple placement option
  • Select account for debiting

What are the accounts available for debiting?
Only personal and joint-alternate accounts that may be used to debit are available in the drop down list.

Why am I not able to purchase a Singapore Dollar (Foreign Currency) structured deposit using my Foreign Currency (Singapore Dollar) account?
We do not process cross currency requests. Please select an account of the same currency as the structured deposit you wish to purchase.

Cancel Structured Deposit

Customer must be 21 years old and above.
