Terms & Conditions:
Bookings must be via the SMRT Corporate Hotline at 6477 5968 at least 1 day in advance.
Advance Notice of Change of Schedule (e.g. pickup time/date): at least 3 hours in advance. For any amendment on the pick up location/time/date made within 3 hours prior to pick up time, a surcharge of S$10 will be applicable.
Additional pick-up/ drop-off point: S$10 per stop and such stops must en-route to the final destination.
Midnight Charges: S$12 per transfer or hourly charter for services between midnight to 6.00am based on advised pick up time.
Waiting time charges:
Departure/Point-to-Point: No charge for the first 15 minutes based on advised pickup time, additional S$10 for subsequent block of 30 minutes. Arrival: No charge for the first 30 minutes based on the actual landing time of the flight or advised pick-up time, additional S$10 for subsequent block of 30 minutes.
Cancellation of confirmed booking: S$10 per taxi if cancellation is made less than 3 hours prior to agreed pick up time. 100% full charge if the driver is already proceeding to the pick up point or "Passenger No Show."
Extension of Hourly Charter: Prorated in block of 30 minutes.
Rates quoted are exclusive of entrance fees to Sentosa, if any.
