Terms and Conditions
  • The FSO Shop, Dine & Win Draw is open to all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
  • All entries must be submitted via SMS. Each SMS costs $0.30.
  • By participating in this contest, the participants agree to be bound by the official rules, regulations and every decision of the organisers: Orchard Road Business Association (ORBA) and MasterCard®.
  • All entries must be received before 11.59 p.m. on 29 Apr 2012.
  • All entries received after the above stipulated time and date will be void.
  • The organisers decision is final.
  • Erroneous or incomplete entries will not be accepted as valid entries. Incorrect entries of MasterCard first 6 digit numbers shall be disqualified.
  • The organisers will not be responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate due to entries not received or any other reasons.
  • By participating in this contest, all winners are deemed to have agreed to participate in any and every form of publicity for this contest.
  • Participants are only entitled to one prize within the same draw.
  • Prizes must be claimed in person with proof of identification provided at time of entry. Winners must present official shopping receipts and MasterCard charge slips and MasterCard card for verification when collecting the prize(s). If there is any discrepancy between the entry received and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
  • The organisers reserve the right to replace any winner if he/she is found to be disqualified.
  • Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and/or services. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions set by the organisers.
  • The Draws grand prize, a brand new Citren DS4 value priced at SGD$90,000 (inclusive of GST), does not include the Certificate of Entitlement, insurance and road tax for the Vehicle and the payment for the registration fee, number plate expenses and other relevant expenses of the Vehicle.
  • The organisers reserve all rights to replace any of the prizes with other items of similar value without any prior notice.
  • Failure to redeem all prizes or to produce the required documents for identification within one month of notification will result in the prize being forfeited and donated to charitable organisations.
  • The decisions of the organisers on all matters relating to this contest are final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The organisers reserve the right to reject any entry on any grounds without the need to notify any participant of the reasons for rejection.
  • The organizers reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Draw as they deem fit without prior notice.
