After 15 years of helming Hua Ting, it came as no surprise when Chef Chan Kwok was deservedly honoured at the Asian Gastronomic Awards of Excellence 2011 with the titles Chef of the Year and Asian Chef of the Year. With impeccable standards of cooking, he brings his own flavours to the mix, constantly dishing out traditional yet innovative Cantonese cuisine at Hua Ting. His mantra: living up to his customers satisfaction and relishing their quick return.
