After 15 years of helming Hua Ting, it came as no surprise when Chef Chan Kwok was deservedly honoured at the Asian Gastronomic Awards of Excellence 2011 with the titles Chef of the Year and Asian Chef of the Year. With impeccable standards of cooking, he brings his own flavours to the mix, constantly dishing out traditional yet innovative Cantonese cuisine at Hua Ting. His mantra: living up to his customers satisfaction and relishing their quick return.

^Chef Signatures - Masterclass Series

  • The Chef Signatures - Masterclass Series is jointly organised by DBS and the Asian Food Channel.
  • Participants will be charged at the point of phone reservation. A confirmation email will be sent by the Asian Food Channel as proof of seat reservation. Participants are to bring along to their selected class a copy of the confirmation email.
  • DBS and the Asian Food Channel reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class. A full refund will be given to affected Participants for any cancelled class.
  • DBS and the Asian Food Channel reserve the right to change the menu or instructor without any notice or liability to any party.
  • Participants will be charged the full cost of the class in the event of non attendance.

†Cook-O-Rama ("Event")

  • The Event is jointly organised by DBS and the Asian Food Channel.
  • The Event is only open to DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cardmembers ("Cardmembers").
  • Full payment for the Event must be charged to any DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Card.
  • Cardmembers will be charged at the point of phone reservation. A confirmation email will be sent by the Asian Food Channel as proof of seat reservation. Cardmembers are to bring along to their selected class a copy of the confirmation email and the DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Card used to charge the full payment of the Event.
  • DBS and the Asian Food Channel reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the Event. A full refund will be given to affected Cardmembers should the Event be cancelled.
  • DBS and the Asian Food Channel reserve the right to change the menu or instructor without any notice or liability to any party.

  • Not valid for events, functions, banquets and catering functions.
  • Minimum spend requirements are for per table, per customer, per card, in a single receipt and excludes service charges and taxes.
