We are delighted that you are interested in the DBS Visa Debit Card. You must have either a DBS Savings Plus, DBS Autosave, DBS Current or POSB Savings account.

- You must be at least 16 years old
- Simply visit a DBS Branch to exchange your ATM Card for the DBS Visa Debit Card. Your first Card exchange is absolutely free.

Documents
No documents required. Your signature will be verified against any of your signature records with the bank. Please ensure that the signature on the application form matches the bank's record.
Application Process
If you don't wish to visit a branch, you can print, fill in and mail us this application form. We will mail out your new card within 5 working days of receipt.
