Can I change my daily spending limit of SGD5,000 for Signature payments?
If you'd like to lower your spending limit, simply visit any DBS/POSB Branch to request for a change.
What is the expiry date for my DBS Visa Debit Card?
Your DBS Visa Debit Card is valid for five years.
Why should I protect my DBS Visa Debit Card?
As your Card can now be used for Point-of-Sale (PIN or Signature) and Card-Not-Present (Online, Mail or Phone order) payments, please take extra care against card theft or loss to prevent unauthorised use.
What should I do if I've lost my card?
In the event that your Card has been misplaced, please report your lost or stolen card by calling 1800 111 1111 immediately. You won't be liable for any transactions made after you have reported the loss to the Bank, so it's important to call as soon as you can.
Are there any fees or charges?
No. Your DBS Visa Debit comes without service charges and annual membership fees. What's more, there's no minimum spending requirement to enjoy your privileges.
