We are introducing a new ATM service "My ATM". Withdraw cash faster than ever before!
Get your preferred amount every time in 3 easy steps:
Insert Card => Press <My ATM> => Get Cash
ATM remembers your favourite withdrawal preferences and you can withdraw in a single touch and go.
You can personalise how much you want to withdraw by setting-up your favourite withdrawal preferences:
- Insert your DBS/POSB ATM card
- Enter your Personal Identification Number select "My ATM"
- Select 'Yes' to set-up
- Enter your preferred withdrawal amount
- Select account type
- Select your preference for balance display
- Select your preference for receipt
- Check and confirm your set-up. Remove the transaction receipt for retention and reference only

You may also change your preferences using "My ATM Set-Up" in the menu.
