Terms & Conditions
All eligible customers who qualify will be issued a StarHub voucher. The following terms and conditions relating are set out by StarHub and are as follows:

All DBS/POSB customers who have successfully signed up for the DBS iBanking facility in response to the written invitation letter from DBS Bank Ltd will be issued a redemption letter which can be redeemed at the StarHub Shop located at OUB Centre before 15 April 2006.

iBanking "Login and Win" Promotion - Terms & Conditions
1.
Eligibility
  1.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 below, all DBS/POSB Phone Banking customers (“Customers”) who have successfully signed up for the DBS iBanking facility in response to a written invitation letter (“Invitation Letter”) from DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS Bank”) in respect of their accounts and have successfully logged in to their iBanking accounts (“IB Account”) during the promotion period, and who continue to maintain such IB Account on the date of announcement of the results are eligible for participation in this iBanking Login and Win Promotion ("Promotion").
  1.2 The following shall not be entitled to participate in the Promotion :

(a)  any Customer who is an employee of DBS Bank; and

(b)  any Customer who is below 18 years of age at the commencement of the promotion period.
  1.3 Notwithstanding anything herein, DBS Bank has the absolute discretion at any time and from time to time to determine or cancel the eligibility of an otherwise eligible Customer and shall not be obliged to give any reason thereof.
2. Promotion Period
  2.1 The promotion period for the Promotion shall be from 20th March till 9th April 2006, both dates inclusive, or such other dates as DBS Bank may in its absolute discretion determine from time to time.
3. Conduct of Game
  3.1 The results of the Promotion will be announced at 3.00pm on 12th April 2006 at DBS Building Tower 1 (the "Results Date").
  3.2 On the Results date, we will select the first 1,000 customers who successfully logged in during the promotional period (Promotion 1) and the first 1,000 customer who successfully performed the following financial transactions online during the promotion period (Promotion 2)

1)   Setting up a standing instruction
2)  1st, 3rd and inter-bank funds transfer
3)  Bill payment
4)  Setting up a fixed deposit
5)  Setting up a regular savings plan
6)  Purchasing a unit trust during the promotional period.

Each winner will be credited with S$4 each.

DBS Bank's decision as to the winners of the Promotion shall be final and conclusive. The winners will be notified by ordinary post. Such notification shall be deemed to have been received by the winner within three (3) days after posting.
  3.3 On the Results Date, reserve “winners” may be selected to replace any winner subsequently disqualified.
  3.4 It is a condition precedent of the Promotion that the winning Customers consent to the public disclosure of their names and their other particulars (including release of photographs) for publicity or commercial purposes. The winners also consent to co-operate with and participate in activities organised by DBS Bank for these purposes without compensation whatsoever. By taking part in this Promotion, the Customers authorise and consent to DBS Bank to disclose information regarding their particulars to any persons and in such mode and manner as DBS Bank may deem fit.
4. Prizes
  4.1 A total of 1000 winners will be selected for Promotion 1. Each winning Customer shall be awarded a cash prize of S$4. A total of 1000 winners will be selected for Promotion 2. Each winning customer shall be awarded a cash prize of S$4.
  4.2 The prizes are non-transferable, exchangeable nor refundable for credit or any other item in part or in whole.
  4.3 The proceeds of the cash prizes shall be paid to the winning Customers by crediting to their respective Primary Accounts specified by such Customers and set out in the acceptance portion of the Invitation Letters sent to such Customers within two (2) months of the Results Date. If, prior to such crediting, any Primary Account of a winning Customer is cancelled, terminated or suspended for any reason or any such Primary Account ceases to be in good standing (as DBS Bank may determine in its discretion), DBS Bank reserves the right to forfeit the prize by debiting the Customer's Primary Account.
  4.4 DBS Bank may at its sole discretion at any time substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of equal or similar value selected by DBS Bank.
  4.5 If DBS Bank subsequently discovers any winning Customer is in fact not entitled to participate in the Promotion, DBS Bank may at its discretion forfeit the prize (or reclaimed the prize by debiting the Customer's Primary Account) and award or dispose of it in such manner and to such person or persons as DBS Bank deems fit. Any winning Customer whose prize has been forfeited is not entitled to any payment or compensation from DBS Bank.
5. General
  5.1 Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when they participate in this Promotion.
  5.2 The decision of DBS Bank on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion (including the eligibility of a Customer, the selection of the winning Customers and the conduct of the Promotion) shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. Except for the notification of the winners, DBS Bank shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any Customer on any matter concerning this Promotion.
  5.3 DBS Bank shall not be liable in any way to any Customer for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion including any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post and any act or omission relating to any Customer's participation in the Promotion, howsoever caused.
  5.4 DBS Bank may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these terms and conditions (including the conduct of the Promotion and the number of winners and prizes) and may also withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any Customer.
  5.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  5.6 These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
