The 3,000 winners have been drawn and will be on their way to experience an unforgettable night at the races with family, a friend, or that special someone!
DELIVERY OF NOTIFICATION LETTER AND TICKETS:
1. All winners will be notified by SingPost registered mail or SingPost courier service, along with the pair of tickets from 25 August onwards. Tickets will be sent to winner's existing address as per winner's bank account information. For security reasons, SingPost courier will require identity verification via IC or other documents bearing the winner’s exact name and address as listed within the winner’s banking records. 2. Should the winner not be home to receive the first delivery, a SingPost notification slip or a DBS notification letter, will be slotted into the home/letterbox. The winner can contact SingPost via the telephone number or the website address listed within the notification slip and arrange for
(1) a second delivery to the home at a convenient date
(2) customer can also arrange to pick up the package at the post office
IMPORTANT NOTE: The winner must arrange with SingPost for re-delivery or collection by 17 September. Failing which, all undelivered tickets as of 20 September will be considered forfeited and donated to a charity of DBS’ choice. |
