| Packing requirements? |
Cheques in individual pieces or to be packed in a DBS Quick Cheque Deposit envelope.
Trade or Remittance documents to be sealed in an envelope. |

Same day. S$ Cheques, trade & overseas Telegraphic Transfers will be processed on the same day. |
| How secure? |
Security personnel are stationed at the van to collect your items.
Acknowledgement Ticket assures you that your item has been accounted for. Quote the ticket number when calling our corporate hotline 1800-222 2200 to report discrepancies.
Date-Time stamp on acknowledgement ticket helps to track the date and time of receipt. |
