• Paying agent: for the timely receipt of interest and principal repayment from the issuer of the debt or quasi-debt instrument, and for prompt payment to the holders.
• Authentication agent: to guard against printing errors and forgeries of securities.
• Conversion and Warrant agent: to receive the exercise notice and exercise price from the exercise warrant holder to facilitate timely conversion of warrants to ordinary securities.
• Reference agent: to fix the interest for a floating-rate instrument at regular intervals and to inform the respective parties.
