Drop-Off / Collection of Trade Documents
1. DBS Trade Operations Centre
Customers can submit all trade applications directly or collect trade documents (e.g. letters of credit issued by their buyers or shipping guarantee) at any of the trade centres listed below. Amendment of discrepancies on export negotiation documents can be done at the trade centres,
except for Comtech Trade Counter.

Besides the above centres, customers can also take advantage of our Trade Document Drop-off & Collection Service. This service provides convenient access for them to submit or collect their trade applications / documents from designated locations as listed below:

3. DBS QuickCollect
With our DBS QuickCollect service, every business customer now has the choice to drop off cheques, trade applications and remittance applications at our mobile van situated near to you. DBS QuickCollect stops to collect every business day, Monday to Friday. Click here for more information.
4. Other Branches
Alternatively, customers may also drop off their trade applications at any of our other DBS branches located islandwide by 3.00 pm on weekdays (for next working day turnaround time, subject to applications in order and within limit, if required).
All trade document(s) should be placed in sealed business envelope(s) when handed over to our counter(s).
