Fiduciary Services offers Trust Agency and other fiduciary-related services including acting as trustee for collective investment schemes, employee share option schemes and debt restructuring transactions, security trustee for debenture issues, escrow agent and as a trustee for various other corporate and private trust structures in Singapore through DBS Trustee Limited, a trust company wholly owned by DBS Group.

DBS Trustee has been providing trustee services in Singapore for more than 20 years. We aim to establish DBS Trustee as a premier trust service provider in Asia. DBS Trustee was recently appointed the Administrative and Facility Agent for one of the largest debt restructuring schemes in Southeast Asia with a debt value of about USD 6 billion. This is a multi-faceted role and includes the provision of registrar, calculation agent, paying agent, voting agent and other administrative services. We are also the trustee for Singapore's first listed exchange traded fund - StreetTracks.

In regard to private trust services, Fiduciary Services provide trust services for private family trusts, incorporation and management of offshore private investment companies as well as nominee director and shareholder services to its high net-worth clients. Recently, we successfully launched the provision of offshore trust administration services for our regional clients through DBS Trustee HK (Jersey) Limited, a trust company incorporated in the Island of Jersey. Looking ahead, we plan to provide our regional clients access to a wider range of jurisdictions in which their trusts can be domiciled.
