Private Equity

DBS Private Equity is the principal investment arm of DBS Bank. We cover the Greater China and South East Asian markets from our offices located in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. We invest proprietary bank capital in both traditional and technology-related direct equity investments and mezzanine finance opportunities.

Through our value-added investment approach, we provide sophisticated assistance in business development, corporate finance, internal controls and management recruiting. One primary advantage is the breadth of the bank's financial products and services. As part of the DBS Group, we have robust financial strength. We are capable of originating, structuring and leading large investments and also provide financial support to our partner companies. In addition, we have an extensive network of co-investors to call upon to support larger deals.
