Inward Telegraphic Transfer is the receipt of incoming funds by SWIFT/Telex from an overseas party. The fastest means of receiving funds from overseas.

Inward MEPS (MAS Electronic Payment System) is the receipt of incoming funds by MEPS in SGD. Used for high value transfer and is the fastest way of transferring SGD in Singapore.

Clean Bills for Collection are SGD and Foreign Currency demand drafts/cheques drawn from an overseas bank and deposited by customers to be sent for clearance by the Bank. These demand drafts/cheques are forwarded to our overseas agents for collection.

Clean Bills for Purchase refers to crediting of these proceeds in advance into customers' accounts, prior to the receipt of these proceeds. This is strictly on a pre-approved basis.
