Quick Withdrawal using "My ATM" service

Get your preferred amount every time in 3 easy steps:

Insert Card => Press MY ATM => Get Cash

ATM remembers your favourite withdrawal preferences and you can withdraw in a single touch and go.

You can personalise how much you want to withdraw by setting-up your favourite withdrawal preferences:

  1. Insert your DBS/POSB ATM card
  2. Enter your Personal Identification Number and select "My ATM"
  3. Select 'Yes' to set-up
  4. Enter your preferred withdrawal amount
  5. Select account type
  6. Select your preference for balance display
  7. Select your preference for receipt
  8. Check and confirm your set-up. Remove the transaction receipt for retention and reference only

You may also change your preferences using "My ATM Set-Up" in the menu.
