SRS is a form of savings to better prepare you for your retirement and potentially reduce your current income tax. You set aside an amount of money that you wish to save in SRS, subject to the contribution cap, for retirement.

ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENT

  • Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and foreigners who are at least 18 years old and not an undischarged bankrupt.
  • Annual contribution cap is:
    - S$12,750 for Singaporeans & PR; or
    - S$29,750 for Foreigners.

Please note that you can only maintain one SRS Account.
