With POSB, you can now get your home loan approved and sign your Letter of Offer at any of our branches, all within 60 minutes! What's more, with our range of loan packages pegged to publicly known rates, you can enjoy peace of mind with no rate surprises.

The 60-min Promise is valid for whole purchases and refinancing of HDB flats only.

To get started, fax these documents to 67895053 or email them to loanin60@dbs.com anytime between 9am and 3pm from Monday to Friday.

  1. POSB Mortgage Application Form
  2. Copy of all applicants' NRIC/passport (For non-DBS/POSB customers)
  3. Income Documents
    Latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment (for the last 2 years, if self-employed), or
    Latest computerised payslip, or
    Latest 12 months CPF Employer Contribution History
  4. Option-to-Purchase (For new purchases)
  5. HDB Valuation report (For new purchases)
  6. Loan Statement of Account (For loans refinancing from HDB)

What happens next:

  • If your application is satisfactory, we will send you an SMS informing you of the start of the 60 minutes. If it isn't, we'll call to help.
  • You will receive a 2nd SMS when your Letter of Offer is ready. You can now proceed to the branch of your choice to sign you Letter of Offer.

Terms and Conditions
POSB HDB Loans and The 60-min Promotion ("Promotion")

  1. The Promotion is applicable only to applications for POSB HDB Loans in relation to whole purchases and refinancing of HDB flats ("Loan Applications"). The Promotion is not applicable to fractional purchase cases.
  2. The Promotion is only valid for Loan Applications received by us via fax to 67895053 or via email to loanin60@dbs.com.
  3. Only Loan Applications received between 9am and 3pm from Mondays to Fridays will be eligible for the Promotion.
  4. To qualify for the Promotion, the Loan Applications must be submitted with the following documents:
    1. Mortgage application form duly completed and signed;
    2. Copy of IC/passport for all non-DBS/POSB customers;
    3. All relevant income documents;
    4. Valid Option-to-Purchase (For whole purchases);
    5. HDB valuation report (For whole purchases);
    6. Loan statement of Account (For loans refinancing from HDB); and
    7. (For Loan Applications requiring a Bridging Loan) A statement of account for existing loan and Option-to-Purchase for the property to be sold.
  5. Subject to the above, you will be notified via sms when your Loan Application has been received by POSB and the information therein is legible, complete and accurtate ("1st Notification"). The period of 60 minutes will run from the time the 1st Notification is successfully sent to you by POSB.
  6. You will be notified via sms ("2nd Notification") when the Letter of Offer from POSB is ready for your collection.
  7. Should the 2nd Notification be successfully sent to you by POSB after 60 minutes from the time of the 1st Notification, you will be eligible for a gift ("Gift") from POSB.
  8. The Gift is applicable only to Loan Applications approved by POSB.
  9. The Gift is not replaceable, transferable, nor exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items in part or in whole. POSB reserves the right to substitute or replace any Gift with another prize without giving prior notice. The Gift is subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.
  10. POSB reserves the right not to give the Gift if any information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
  11. Notwithstanding anything herein, POSB reserves the right at anytime at its absolute discretion without prior notice to:
    1. vary the terms herein, such variations being binding on all when effected;
    2. discontinue, withdraw, cancel or invalidate the Promotion without having to give any reason or compensation whatsoever, and
    3. reject any claim for the Gift.
  12. POSB's decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding.
  13. By participating in this Promotion, you are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by the terms herein.
