Application Requirements for POSB Loan Assist
Nationality Age Minimum Gross Annual Income
Singaporean or
Permanent Resident		 21 - 65 years old S$20,000 & above
Foreigners, retirees are regrettably not eligible to apply
Note: Existing POSB Loan Assist or POSB Loan Assist Plus and DBS Cashline customer are not eligible to apply
Mandatory Document
For salaried Employees
  • NRIC (front and back), AND either a OR b OR c
    a. Latest 12 months' CPF Contribution History Statement+
    b. Latest Notices of Assessment** and Latest Computerised Payslip
    c. Salary Crediting into POSB/DBS Account^^
For Variable Income Earners
  • NRIC (front and back), AND either a OR b
    a. Latest 12 months' CPF Contribution History Statement+
    b. Latest 1 year's Notice of Assessment**
For Self-Employed/Fully Commissioned Earners NRIC (front and back), AND latest 2 years’ Notices of Assessment**

+ Please note that your CPF documents submitted online are only available for up to 7 days from the date of your submission.
** You can now print your Income Tax Notice of Assessment at myTax Portal with your SingPass or IRAS PIN. The service is free. Log on to https://mytax.iras.gov.sg for more details.
^^ Income documents are not required on the condition that your salary is credited via Giro, to your own Personal POSB/DBS Account and for at least 3 consecutive months.
