POSB Facilitates Public Donation for the Victims of Japan Disaster
POSB customers can now contribute to the "Red Cross Japan Disaster" fund conveniently via POSB iBanking.
The Red Cross Japan Disaster fund has been included as a billing organisation under the Bill Payment service and any customer wishing to make a contribution to the fund can do so by debiting their POSB account.
Alternatively, POSB customers can also choose to contribute via POSB ATMs and AXS stations
Please follow the step-by-step guide below to make a contribution to the fund via iBanking.

Enter your POSB internet banking User ID and PIN, and click Submit.
Make sure you have your iBanking Secure Device with you. Enter the Secure PIN and click Submit.

Once you're successfully logged in, go to "Payments" and click on "Bill Payment"
Select "Red Cross Japan Disaster" from the drop down list

- Select the debiting account
- Indicate the amount
- Indicate your contact number as your Consumer Reference No.
- Click Submit

Once you've reviewed the donation information is correct, click Confirm
