- Are there limits to the amount of money that I can pay using my ACTIVE Card?
- Default daily spending limit for point-of-sale PIN limit transactions is S$2,000, subject to your available bank balance.
- Default daily spending limit for Signature-based, online, mail and telephone transaction is S$5,000, subject to your available bank balance; and
- Default spending limit for each online, mail and telephone transaction is S$3,000, subject to the daily spending of S$5,000 stated in (b) above and your available bank balance.
- Can I change my spending limit for ACTIVE Card?

- Why do I have to take necessary precautions to safeguard my ACTIVE Card?
As your ACTIVE Card can be authorised for payment using signature, PIN, making online, mail or telephone purchases, it is important to safeguard your card to prevent unauthorised usage.
- What will happen if I lose my ACTIVE Card or it gets stolen?
You will not be liable for unauthorised transactions on your Card if your Card is lost or stolen or if the PIN is disclosed without your authorisation if:
- You notify us of such loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure immediately
- You help us in the recovery of the unauthorised charges
- You furnish us with a police report
- Such loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure is not due to your negligence or default
- Are there any membership fees?
No membership fee is needed for your ACTIVE Card.
