do I withdraw cash from the ATM?
You may withdraw cash through Cash Withdrawal (with receipt option) or Fast
Cash (no receipt):
- Steps for Cash Withdrawal
- Insert ATM card
- Select language (applicable to DBS/POSB ATM
cards with language selection option)
- Select "Cash Withdrawal"
- Choose option for receipt or no receipt
- Select account type/accounts for debiting
- Enter Amount
- Remove ATM card
- Remove Cash (and receipt, if selected previously)
- Steps for Fast Cash
- Insert ATM card
- Select language (applicable to DBS/POSB ATM
cards with language selection option)
- Select amount for "Fast Cash"
- Remove ATM card
- Remove Cash

What types of cards are accepted by DBS/POSB
ATMs?
The cards accepted by DBS/POSB ATMs include:
- DBS/POSB ATM card
- DBS Visa/MasterCard and POSB MasterCard
- Overseas' Visa/MasterCard
- Overseas' PLUS/Cirrus ATM Card
Why is my ATM card retained by the machine?
Your ATM card is likely to be retained when you have exceeded your PIN tries
or when your card is damaged. If your card is damaged, please have it replaced
at any of our branches.
How can I recover my retained card?
The card will be mailed to your address (of your Primary Account with the
bank) within one week from the retention date.
